Fully Loaded Cheeseburger

Keep it simple with all the classic ingredients.

Fresh crisp red onion and tangy gerkins with a top bit of cheddar, awesome. It’s all about the getting the build of the burger in the right order for the perfect bite each time.

  • Feasters Quarter Pounder
  • Sesame seeded or glazed brioche bun
  • Slices of good quality cheddar cheese or rich edam
  • Small handful of washed lettuce leaves
  • 3 slices of fresh tomato
  • 1 sliced ring of red onion
  • Handfull of chopped gherkins
  • Tomato sauce
  • American mustard
  • Small handful of washed lettuce leaves
  1. Cook the Feasters Quarter Pounder as instructed on pack
  2. Toast the bus in a hot griddle pan or under the grill (just toast the cut side)
  3. Spread the mustard on the bottom half and the ketchup on the top half
  4. Layer the lettuce on the bottom half
  5. On top of the lettuce place the burger and top with the cheese
  6. Then layer on the tomatoes, gherkin and red onion, in that order, trust us!
  7. Serve with some skinny French fries, some tangy coleslaw or a nice cajun mayo dip!

If you like it with a bit more ‘oomph’, use English mustard instead of American, or even a dash of nice and spicy tabasco – yeah boy!
